Cydni Cole

Mental Performance Coach, M.S.

Cydni Cole is a Mental Performance Coach who combines competitive athletic experience with evidence based strategies to help athletes perform at their best.

With a background in psychology and sport science, she helps athletes build confidence, sharpen focus, and develop the mental skills needed for high level performance.

She earned her B.S. in Psychology from Appalachian State University, where she was a Division I collegiate basketball player. She went on to complete her M.S. in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Leeds Beckett University in the UK while continuing her basketball career overseas. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Sport and Performance Psychology.

As a former collegiate and international athlete, Cydni understands the real pressures athletes face, from performance expectations to identity, injury, and transition. She has worked with athletes across the U.S. and Europe, supporting mental skills development, stress management, and performance growth.

Today, she works with student athletes and competitive performers, helping them trust their preparation, manage pressure, and compete with confidence.
